A-MAZE-N AMNPS Maze Pellet Smoker for newbi

seems like the A-MAZE-N AMNPS Maze Pellet Smoker really puts out a lot of smoke for maybe 12hrs. would this be to much smoke for a 36 inch electric. thinking of starting overnight for brisket or maybe pork butt

Nope have at it, folks smoke with wood the whole time so I'm not sure you can put too much smoke on something as long as the top vent stays open and you have a good air flow

Like 243 said, not gonna hurt. Depending how you like the smoke profile. Fill halfway for 6hrs would probably serve your purpose also.
I would do a trial run for couple hrs at temp intending to smoke at to see if stays lit for you if haven't used in there yet.
