Damn! That pick of the slices is just awesome! Can't believe that marbling, just unbelievable. I don't think I have seen such around here. Must investigate!

Simply gorgeous Jeff. Some fantastic looking pastrami my friend. you just need to get yourself a slicer. Makes for a much easier and more consistent finished product.

Thanks, I have on but didn't feel like getting it out for the small piece of point. I normally do use it.

Now that I can understand. Same way here. Kinda the same about getting the big Ninja food processor out just to shred one small block of cheese. Hardly worth it.
