 Well going home soon and had a Pork Shoulder to do so I mixed up Jeff's original rub and applied quite liberally, On the smoker at 6:30 this  morning, Mixed up some of Jeff's barbecue sauce to mix after she is all done and pulled.
Boys are getting fed well this weekend, They brought an 11.5# brisket for tomorrow as well, Will be a good meat weekend. 
 
 So here is the pork shoulder done after 13 hrs in the smoker and a half hr resting. Got this pic, before but hands were to messy after to get a pic of it pulled and sauced. Boys said it was the best one yet. Thx Jeff for your Recipes. It was great.


Just pulled the Brisket off to wrapped and put in cooler.
