A howdy from North Iowa

A newbie to the forum but not to the world of smoking, grilling, just plain cooking of fine food. My friends call me (up for a dinner invite) lol ya'll can just call me mixer. I currently use a propane fired GSMO small block with Apple and Hickory being my fav flavors along with a sprinkling of Cherry, Pear, Mulberry. I consider myself to be somewhat of a mad scientist when it comes to cooking as I never know what I may end up trying. Anyway thanks for having me
