Hemmed & Hawed. Wanted to look at & touch a GMG but dealers around here, were order one & then you can touch it. Gave up on them & ordered a Grilla Silverback. Impressive. Excellent construction. Has the grill surface I need & features I wanted. Seasoned it & ready for the first smoke. Then the rains came. KWAP!!!!

Waiting on that first smoke.  What's it gonna be once the wain cwouds go away?
Someone else figured out my first smoke for me. Opened a case of baby backs at work & found a slab of miscut. Twice the meat of a regular rack, almost a St Louis rack. Saw a recipe on the Grilla website that peeked my interest. 2 hours of smoke then foil with brown sugar & butter. Smoked then glazed. Sounds interesting.

Thanks Al.!
