Looks awesome again Ray! BTW--I got that MR Yoshida sauce as you recommended, it is great! Now using on a lot of stuff, even got the Wife to try some new recipes (which is rare) LOL. I got the 86 ounce bottle on amazon for $17.99 free delivery. It was the best price I was able to find here in Ga. Worth it in my book. Thanks for sharing your awesome cooks! Mike

Whoa Mike, I'm thrilled, we love the stuff bigtime! I'm very happy you were able to find it and like it, the price isn't anywhere near as bad as I've seen. I still don't have any idea as to why they charge so much more from one place to another. Then again, look what going on with plain old 80-20 burger meat, some folks seeing it at almost $9 a pound, I'm scooping it up at $3lb. At $9 a pound I'd be buying ribeye steaks to run thru the grinder, tho we've done that before, we like my hipshot burgers a lot more. You'll get a lot more buger, that tastes better, for your meat dollar. Try five pounds worth and see what you think, and the needed adjustment for weights involved. You won't be disappointed. RAY

Great looking Drumsticks. I'm a Thigh guy myself. But I will buy Quarters if priced right...JJ

Thank you Chef! I'm a thigh guy myself, but using the Vortex these legs really kick some ass! Seems the most expensive part of the yardbird is the breast, which is the part I have the least for in most instances. I like to make chicken parm by pounding out skinned and boneless thigh meat, chicken Italian sausage too. RAY

Agree. We're still getting 80/20 Ground Beef here for $3.50-3.99 lb. So not so bad.

I do like Chix Breast for Grilled Chicken, Bacon, Ranch and Cheddar Sandwiches, Chicken Parm and Chicken Salad with Grapes and Walnuts. But we eat Thighs 10 to 1 over Breast meat. I make a lot of Asian, Indian and Mexican dishes with Thighs...JJ
