Last weekend the family was out of town. I decided to do a full bird on the kettle beer can style with a vinegar based spray I use. It’s kind of like a roadside chicken flavor, I haven’t got it quite there yet but it gives some good flavor. I can post the recipe if anyone is interested. I Turned the chicken about every 15 minutes and sprayed. It’s been a while since I’ve done beer can style since I usually spatchcock them. But it Turned out really good so good ended up doing it again Friday but with the family back in town. The ones I did Friday I used the 26” kettle and they took a little longer some of the charcoal didn’t want to lite. Ended up being about 2 1/2 hours but it is what it is. Also threw in pics of a ribeye from last weekend when they had it on sale here. Used Hardcore Carnivore on it. I love that stuff.
