How was the yard bird?


Everything turned out great, Had some family over for a good ole BBQ. Many in my family had never really had smoked chicken or smoked tenderloin, so it was a first and Im glad to say they all loved it. Hadf plenty of leftovers this week.

The chicken was my favorite though, as this was the first bird I have done. Marinated it in creole butter and also injected it with the same. Then used a store bought beer can chicken rub. It was the most tender juicy chicken I have ever had. Well worth the time and effort.
