Not as easy as stopping at McDonalds, but we like them better.
English muffins - toasted, topped with Swiss, then heaped with home smoked corned beef (flats, store-bought) sliced thin. 3 of the 4 were topped with hot sauerkraut (my wife's favorite) - the 4th topped with a runny yolk egg (my favorite).
