Well, I usually post every smoke that I do. Why if I have already? Simply because there are new members everyday that are looking for new ideas whether it be a technique or idea. A good example was my shrimp scampi the other night. I had posted it once before yet had some replies thanking me for the idea.

My main reason for being here is learning and sharing, and boy have I learned and shared also. It is what makes this site so great.

Now, excuse me, I have to start a thread on my pork butt I am doing tonight.

Oh, I guess I posted a few already, oh well, carry on.
