Picnics were on sale this past week, so I bought a couple for pulled pork.  The 2 were about 7# each.  Had them on the ECB at about 250 for a total of 13 hours until they got to 205.

Here they are rubbed up with mustard and Jeff's Rub.

Here's pics after a couple of hours in when I put the temp probes in.  They moved a long pretty good.  Stalled at 160, but not as long as some.

Here's the finished shots of the first one.  Good bark, and a pile of pulled pork.  Can't wait for sandwiches.  Will definitely have enough to freeze for later.  We really like making enchiladas and stuffed peppers with it too.

Oh yeah, here's some close up shots of it all.

Thanks for looking,

Dan
