Grabbed a nice Chuck on sale at Kroger last week and while there I grabbed a corned flat.

Chucky got Holy Cow rub - first time i used it and man we loved it. the corned beef got a water bath with a couple water changes for about 18 hours to desalinate which was just about right. then rubbed that with this rub thanks TNJAKE TNJAKE which was super good. top of those I have tried. Cooked them both at 235 too about 160 give or take then panned and covered them. Both turned out quite delish.

Served the chucky with mashers and mushroom gravy. Pastrami is for lunches next week - wide is not a fan so its all mine :)

Looks real good Dave. Glad you enjoyed that rub. We thought it was pretty tasty. Really liked the spiciness. Nice work bud. And that mushroom gravy is on point
