Ron here. I live in Atlanta, GA and just got my first offset smoker 3 weeks ago after 30+ years of BBQing with charcoal and pellet cooking. Only done 3 cooks with my wood smoker and getting better each time.

Welcome, Ron!

Congrats on the offset. How is it going with the new unit?

I have yet to get an offset. Been drooling over a few but have not been able to convince myself. Just the 2 of us and the pellet, WSM, griddle and propane grill seems to satisfy our appetites.

Welcome from Georgia VT. Glad to have ya join the forums

OKJ Highland! I do love mine although I had to do quite a few mods to nurture that happiness. I like the chimney extension! If you have any issues with it, let me know.
