Picnic shoulders on sale this week,  lets go!

Cooked at 250 for 6 hours then wrapped for another 2 till I brought it to 200 degrees on my gas masterbuilt 2 door. I went with mesquite this time around as this was all I had on hand. Really cold outside today so results were good but not my personal best. Still quite tasty. Oh yeah almost forgot that it was mopped every hour with an apple cider and captain morgan rum mix.

What flavored does the rum impart? Does it leave an alcoholic aftertaste at all?

yep, that looks real good.....recently did one myself due to prices dropping...mac & cz looks good to......Willie

Congrats on making the banner....
