Dad recently returned from a trip to Florida, but while there his friend was clearing out a 50 acre pecan orchard that was past it's prime. He plans on growing watermelons to replace the pecan trees. Anyway, Dad was telling him about my smokehouse and the guy insisted Dad bring me some pecan wood, so now I have roughly 60# of 2~4" dia. logs 12~14" long. I plan on cutting them into rounds to place on my CI pot in my smokehouse. Should last a while....
