560 mod

Hey All,

Not a fan of the 560's split cooking grates so getting a modded set from someone on the facebook group. Will holler when I get em. Anyone else done any grate mod?

I ordered mine from Joe this week. Only for the lower cast iron grates

I plan on having Joe making me a set of uppers when I get the 1060. I don't like the idea of using two separate grates on each level, seems like just another way for an accident to happen and lose some meat.

Ordered my top two this morning. I also didn't like the splits and it made it difficult when trying to put my 7 lb short ribs on with limp tongs and a spatula lol.
