5.5 LB Chix With Q/View

I got this for .59 a pound in Feb and finally decided to do to it tonight.






I Put some Yoshida's marinade, granulated garlic, and lemon pepper with a little brown sugar.



A look through the window of the MES comming along fine.
Almost ready to eat, can't wait.
