5/23 smoke

I got her fired up this morning and have 2 butts and a brisket going. I'm attempting to be diligent in the q-view today! (I hope I put this in the right place - wasn't sure as I have pork and beef).

Trying some GFS lump today - I read on here it's RO with a GFS label.

Here's the start..........

Heh - somehow the barley pops haven't made it in a pic yet. I was about an hour behind schedule on the pops - it was 11 when the first one cracked open.

Wanted to do a smoke today while working on a bar i building-but we are haveing some strange weather her in AZ.windy & rain here,Snow in the mountians(ya Snow in late may)was 105 just a few days ago.WE spose to be better-so will save for than.
