4th of July Smoked Pork Ribs and Boston Butt

    Soo... This 4th of July weekend we are having smoked pork baby back ribs, and pork Boston butt. Here it goes.
    Jeff's rub for the ribs and butt
    Royal Oak charcoal, and Hickory logs in my TMLE
    250*F target temp

  8. Ribs are almost done. The butt is at 142*F internal temperature.
     
  9. Just a little longer on the ribs. While I had the lid open I basted the butt and ribs with the drippings from the pork butt.
     
  10. A good cigar with some Homebrew. And my two helpers.

    The Jerk Russell,my avatar pic, has stolen a rotisserie chicken and nice NY strip roast. The sad part is he cannot always make the leap onto the couch.
