Missed all the prep pics but after I fried a gross of chicken wings for a good cause this morning, I had a small piece of chuck to do something with... cut up peppers, onions, and about 20 cloves of garlic. Onto the WSM with some cherry wood. About 7 hours later, here's the pre-pulled beef.
Note: This was supposed to be pepper stout chuck..... but the chef was ill prepared and had to sub Bud Lite in for the stoudt..
