Jeff here in North louisiana. It was an unseasonably cool mid-80s here today which was great.
I just got done putting 4 pork butts on my grill at once. Most I've ever done before on this grill was 2 so we will see what happens. I set it up with one burner going with a cast iron box with oak/pecan pellets and several pecan chunks. This will last several hours and impart a great flavor.
I probably prefer cooking these guys closer to 275 but for an overnight where I want to get some sleep, I have the temp down at 225.

I'll be up with my kiddos around 6:30-7am and will check how they are doing and send y'all some pics.
 
Well I woke up and the meat is good. Just wrapped in foil and up to 187 IT on one piece. Still have a few hours of cook time so I'll be good.
