Hey thanks! (pulled the pig in my shop and dragged over an LED floor light that was way the wrong color to supplement the high bay HID lamps because it looked kinda dark when I took pictures with my phone) Everything was like 11,000 K+

I'm happy to cook it, but food porn photography is not my forte.

Yes we did. JCMO got hammered, but they are 25 miles south of us.

Greatest end to a weekend at the boat. The delivery person had placed your package on my front porch. I was able to take a break from my busy day around 14:30, disassemble the internal OEM parts of the MES, replacing with the modified parts you sent. I took pics of the OEM parts coming out and the new parts going in. Started two 8 pound butts, at 16:00 set the temp at 230 degrees put in several large pieces of hickory. I’m taking your advice not opening the door until 08:30 in the morning.
