I used a variety of rubs on the four birds.
2 birds have Myron Mixon's simple smoked chicken rub.
1 rub is from Slow Groovin' in Marble that I purchased.
The other is a mystery rub of something I had in a container.
Mostly I am making pulled chicken to put in zip lock bags and throw in the deep freezer. I will probably snack on a half a bird for a late dinner tonight and lunch on Sunday.
