24” x 30” x 36” Fire Box(Has a coil fireplace handle that is taken off in the pictures)
Adjustable lower baffles to balance heat(Currently screwed in place where I like them)
Left side under the stack has a stainless baffle to direct air through grates.
Gasketed doors(Door closest to the firebox doesn’t seal perfectly on the bottom. I have more high temp gasketing for this, but haven’t worked on it)
Custom wooded caps for the holes on top. One of the them has a 5/8” hole in the middle for probe wires.
3 – 29” x 27” Grates - 2,349 Sq In
3 – 24” x 27” Upper Grates – 1,944 Sq In(Slightly hotter and perfect for ribs)
Thermometers in each door. (They aren’t super accurate, but I’ve always used a 4 probe systems for actual temps)
Bottom expanded metal for storage
Built with the end goal of catering weddings and corporate events. Ended up meeting my wife during the process and we are moving away to join a family business that won’t allow for much weekend work. Should be the perfect setup for the impending wedding boom post Covid.
