30 pounds of skinned bellies today plus the trimmings I'll finish tomorrow. Smoked with applewood in the Bradley and cherry dust in the Amazen smoker. They'll be put in a Foodsaver tonight and let the flavors mellow, but I tried a small piece and it's delish
