30" masterbuilt smoker help

So I was given a 30" smoker by my wife a year ago christmas and upon plugging it in to start a family dinner this morning it doesnt turn on but the digital readout on the top clicks. Do you guys know what this might be and how it might be fixed?

It's probably frozen...just stick a pan of hot water on the top rack and let it thaw.
