It was a hit and I was happy with my work . It took 14 hrs . at 230 to get the 200 IT. Both smokers very close all day long. Topped sammies with emerils cole slaw and bam!!

It was in Ohio.  Ate all 3 shoulders in two days.

I got alot of compliments and my cousin at 4 sandwiches in one sitting.

I am doing a shoulder again tonight into tomorrow for my sons birthday. Should i use the POW or mini? Doing overnight so the bigger basket may be the way to go...

Mini, I do over night smokes with mine.

I got 10 hours out of a overstuffed basket.
