2nd Smoke

Hello from Northern Indiana. About 90 minutes into my second smoke and stumbled on this site. In for a long day smoking a 10lb pork Butt. First smoke was a great success last weekend cooking up some 3-2-1 baby backs. Looking forward to exploring the forum.
