Hi Guys,

Did a second smoke on saturday & it went much smoother this time. Adjusting temps was a breeze, and I wasn't battling to keep temps down. I had never used a smoker before this weekend, but now, I'm addicted. Did some pulled pork on Friday, and 3 chickens with 4 racks of ribs on Saturday. I cant wait for next weekend to arrive!
