Filled the MES up this time, and it performed wonderfully! I had 2 BB, 3 slabs of ribs, and 2 whole chickens, and a couple of peppers in it and everything turned out great. I did take the ribs out of the MES after 3 hrs @ 225, and finished them up on my SMOKE HOLLOW  cooker. (Needed a  higher temp on them for Bark @  the end). Enjoy the Pics!

Looks fantastic! It's great having a large smoker like that. I just sold my Masterbuilt XL propane smoker, and my MES 30 so I can get a MES 40, and have room for a deep freezer to stock up on meat.

yummmmmmm.....and I have ribs at home in the fridge!  Forgot to bring them for lunch today!  ARGH!
