3 lbs of 93/7 ground beef, 2 packs of onion soup mix (mixed in beef), 2 green peppers, onion, garlic, 5 eggs, Cooper Cheese, Hashbrowns, mushrooms (sliced).

Cooked up some southern style hashbrowns / Saute'd Onions, mushrooms, Green Peppers and garlic

3lbs of beef seasoned with 2 packs of onion soup mix

Added slices of Cooper Cheese

Hard fried 5 eggs and chopped up and topped.

I don't have any pics of pre smoker presentation due to the fact that I almost had a blowout and I ran out of bacon for my weave. Didn't expect the roll to be as big in diameter as it was.

I did a bacon weave but ran out of bacon so I just draped the last 2 pieces over the top

Finished product smoked with Apple and Oak

Served up with some fresh Avocado slices and some other fixings. Delicious!!!

Next time I will add more cheese slices. Thats the only thing I would do different
