25 lbs of deer Bologna

Wipped up 25 lbs of deer Bologna yesterday ,10lbs deer ,15 pork ,stuffed in 2 1/2 lb cologen casings , did a water bath on these three ( never done water bath with cologen casings before) the other sticks are in smoke house .Good flavor real happy [emoji]128055[/emoji][emoji]128055[/emoji]

I am not gonna lie ,it's a premix I have been buying for twenty five plus years ,in fact I buy all my stuff from this market that has been in business since 1927 don't know if the ship but they have modernized a bunch
