24x60 Build

I have a piece of pipe that is 24" OD x 60". Its 1/4" wall. Flat plate for end caps. Before I start cutting this up I would like to double check my math. I came up with 26,025 inch³ CC volume. I will need 104.1 inch² FB/CC opening as well as 104.1 inch under the rf plate and at the end of my plate. I will need 26.025 inch² for air inlets. My fire box will need to be a minimum of 8,589 inch³ . I am planning to make my fire box 22"x22"x22". Does that all sound correct?
