Was a fat cap that I left on during the smoke, peeled it off and give it to my buddy who was going to give it to his chickens.

I'm not sure about this, 20 hours up every hour bundle up to fight the weather. I have a hard time dealing with my MES 2 steps out the back door. Butt I do enjoy the outcome and yours looks great! Nice job on the smoke and the smoker.

It's a process for sure! But the outcome is always more than worth it!!!
