I somehow missed this one. Fantastic looking cook David, I don't supposed there's any leftovers?

Point for sure

That's funny... I have this thread bookmarked which there is not very many of...

Man I need to get time to do this...
Well if you weren't so busy snapping pics with your cell phone all the time... you'd have it done already! :emoji_blush:

And yes, I know you don't have one... but also know how hard it is to keep up to date with the bookmarks!

Thank you @InstinCure

For the likes.

This was a fun build and a great meal.

Nice blast from the past, Folks bring it back up every once in a while.

Gave me nostalgia , too. I've done bacon rib rings a few times but has been years now. Never stuffed one though!

I've always wanted to do crown roast with spares that still have the belly attached.. I bet a bacon rib ring would be a nice presentation vessel for serving belly bacon burnt ends, too.

It is such a nice display on the table for a meal. I have stuffed all the ones I have done. And the cured ribs were the best this way for me, hammy and then the filling flavours.

You maybe should not have mentioned this with the filling of Bacon Burnt Ends
That would have been a good Throwdown entry, even though they might have thought it was me , LOL.
