Guess I picked a heck of a day to experiment with smoking my 1st turkey. I made a deal with my wife. Buy 2 small birds and I'll smoke one, and do the other in the oven.....Just in case, lol.
Didn't take as long as the directions I used said it would, so it's done about 45 minutes sooner then I had planned.
Here's a pic when I was pulling it out. Hope it tastes as good as it smells!
