Hello All! New member here. I hail from SE Minnesota. I just smoked my first hunk of meat and it turned out pretty well if i do say so myself. My family all loved it! I did 2 1.5lb marinated pork loins, figured that would be a easy one for a first timer. Maintained 250 degrees for about 4 hours, using Royal oak chunk charcoal and Stubbs wood chips, on a CharBroil American Gourmet Deluxe Offset smoker. Bought the unit last year and have since just used it as a grill. Yesterday i decided to give smoking a whirl. Looking forward to all the advice and tips and tricks available here.
