I'm getting ready for my first try at Hot-dogs
. I've been doing a lot of research on recipes and I've narrowed it down to this one .....http://www.wedlinydomowe.com/sausage-recipes/wiener..... So here is my question, it says to use Coriander, What I found at the store was Ground Coriander Seed....Is that the same thing or different ??? Can I still use it ? And it calls for White Pepper, which seems to be as hard to fine as a needle in a hay stack also, so I was just going to go with some old fasion GBP (Ground Black Pepper). Any thoughts ?
