Had some friends visit yesterday gave me a chance to use my new Smoker and Grill.I am real happy with both just need to do some more cooks and learn my Smoker.

Cranking up the grill with lump charcoal.

My friends brought the chorizos so they got 1 1/2 hrs in the smoker and finished on the Grill

I need a camera now.Beef loin with a coffee rub.I had all these Colombians at my home they loved the flavor but not one could tell me it was smoked with coffee.

Pork loin and Chorizos

Picked in the morning was ate in the afternoon that is fresh

Thanks I think the best thing was yesterday morning before I started a fire in it I checked the ambient temp it was at 68deg with the sun hitting it.So I am sure glad I can cold smoke Bacon and Ham at night with no problems. She will work as a Hot/Cold smoker year around.

I live at the same altitude here that I was raised in  the USA.The best part is I never get any snow here at my home in Colombia. There is a area in Colombia that has snow yr around I can go visit just in case I get stupid and become home sick for snow.I can drive there and get my head straight hahahahahahaha
