Looks great!  Now you're hooked. It only gets better and better from here. One caution, Ribs are tricky to get just right. Don't get discouraged if your first try isn't the "perfect rib". This loin you did is one of the shorter smokes you'll do time wise. With butts, brisket and such you're usually looking at 10 hours+. Take your time and enjoy.

Thanx. So 2nd loin I threw in oven @ 225 while I feed my son got back to it and it was @ 158. I left it wrapped for my wife tomorrow while im at,work.

To re heat can she just throw it in oven at like 350 for 20 minutes or so? Or what would be a good way to reheat?

Smoking gun: I did flip the pan. I put it on the 2nd to highest though. And threw a foil baffle on it. Kept it pretty steady between 200 -225
Yes I saw that after I posted. The trick to that is trying to keep temperatures even across the whole smoking chamber. Useful if you're smoking a lot of meat at one time, say 4 of 5 racks of ribs. I got some flat steel plates and bent them in an arc to make tuning plates and have a cast iron plate above that on the firebox end to tame temperature spikes on that end. (I burn a lot of wood) You can look up SNP Mods and apply these to your smoker. It may seem like a lot of extra work but the mods make everything easier and your smoker the best it can be.

Good Luck and Good smokes!

I would go ahead and slice it and she can reheat the slices easier. It's easy to dry it out reheating so dont leave it in too long.

Unless she is going to eat the whole thing I would slice it & then you can nuke the slices for about 1 minute and they will be hot.
