Hi there!!!

So I finally caved and got the GMG Boone WF. Retired my off-set, thinking off making a flower box......

The first smoke in Smitty was pork ribs. I usually do babybacks but there were non at COSTCO so I got St. Louis style. Never done these before and just did the same as I do with BB’s.

When I put them on Smitty, I felt kinda lost lol. Like... now what... lol. They turned out pretty good!

I have now been smoking or grilling anything I can lol. I was actually told “You need to stop... we need to eat what you have already done...”

Have an amazing day all!!

Very nice, and congrats! I've had my GMG Daniel Boone for a while, and I find myself doing more and more on it that I used to use my other smokers for. It's chugging away on a pork butt as I type this.
