Hello all!
My name is Jonathan and I live in Knoxville, TN. I'm 29 and relatively new to smoking meats. I have a Brinkmann all in one LP smoker, but I am looking to upgrade very soon as it is pretty small and I would like to get a stickburner. My favorite thing that I have smoked so far has been pork shoulder. I think it turns out pretty good. I have looked at several threads on here on various topics and thought that I should join. Over the past two or three years, I have become a BBQ addict and I look forward to learning more from these forums!
