I'm a newbie here and a newbie to smoking. Going on my 4th smoke, going to attempt my 1st pork tenderloin. I am thinking about brining it.

Any brine recipes? Other suggestions?

Thanks
Steve

There are lots of ways to do a tenderloin. It can be as simple as spice it up, wrap in bacon, and smoke until 145, or you can butterfly it out, and roll / stuff it with your favorite stuffing mix. I am sure there will be a bunch of suggestions to follow. Tenderloins are really good. Just dont overcook!

I have never brined a tenderloin I either stuff them or just put a nice rub on them and kiss them with some TBS. If you haven't tried stuffing a loin I highly suggest it.
