Here's a shot of some pulled by hand,give it a shot.

Sammies turned out great. Used a different bread picked up in the bakery instead of buns and some potato salad and baked beans for sides.

Nice work chief.  I learned my lesson with pork butt and never cook it anymore hoping to serve it for any one meal... I just cook it till it's done and we have it at the 'next available' meal time (except breakfast).
