I normally like doing breakfast Fatties but this time decided to try a pizza fatty.
Sauce under everything. Used Canadian bacon instead of ham.
The cheese was last on. Didn't get a picture of that.
Chilled in the fridge overnight and in the smoker at 1pm.
Mushrooms in at 3pm.
Fatty pulled out and let rest. Hoping to let some more grease to drip off.
Not bad. Only one area had a little bit of cheese come out. Wanting to go a different way with the fatty. I made some pizza dough and wraped the fatty in it then putting in an oven at 500 degrees. Ended up not having enough dough but made due.
Didn't quit cover the ends. But outside crispy.
Mushrooms brought in from the smoker while fatty sits some and cools.
Fatty sliced open.
Not bad for first pizza fatty.
Mushrooms came out good.
Dinner served and well liked.
Noted couple changes I want to try on next one. Yes I think a second one is in order. Adding a crust worked. Will do that again.
