1st day

Hi.  This is my 1st day here.  We have a Masterbuilt digital 4 rack electric smoker that we are just learning how to use.  I live in the southwest lower corner of Michigan, on lake Michigan,  in a town called  New Buffalo.  I am looking forward to learning lots of ways to use a smoker &  learning new receipes.
