I'm glad you brought that up Justin I defatted it overnight and will pour the remaining into ice-cube trays. Then I store them in a ziplock bag and use them whenever needed. My favorite is to add a couple of cubes to rice dishes. Kicks it up a notch

Just was curious Chris… I know you don’t.. but I’ve heard of some folks just trashing it! I am like NO, NO! Please do not do that! That is liquid gold!

And I love the ice cube tray method!!
