Well next time I do a butt I will do a higher temp fast cook.  Looks great.  Excellent job. Oh and, lucky dog!

Thanks for the kind words. I don't have the patience to cook a piece of meat 12-15 hours. If I had an expensive set it and forget it smoker maybe I wood. But then again maybe I wouldn't. I enjoy sitting on the deck, have a few beers, and tend the fire.
