This was just about 45 mins before i pulled from kettle.


Wrapped in clear wrap and put in igloo for 2 hours.


Ready for slicing. This is going to my daughter in ATL.






No fancy rubs, sauces or mops. Just plain salt and pepper.

 
Tasty looking brisky,a sammich would hit the spot!

Yeah it is. Works great in the kettle. i got the one that has the water panel in it.
