I'm starting a new smoker soon just picked up the tank yesterday. It's 5 feet long 24 inches in diameter. Hopefully I've got all my numbers correct.
CC is 27143
FB/CC opening should be 108.5
Same for area at end of plate and underneath it
FB should be 8957 although I planned to do a 22" square box which would be 10648
Cc/FB opening will be 7 inches tall
and finally I should need 32 Sq. Inches of air inlet.
I haven't figured the exhaust yet I have some 6 inch ID tube that I'll probably use.
Please let me know if all that looks good.
